Running the Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system, the Vox provides users with access to more than 2-million eBooks available via the Kobo online bookstore. Access to the Android Marketplace is also available, with a wide variety of games and applications available including pre-loaded services like Facebook, Twitter, RDIO, Zinio, PressReader and more. The Vox's display is treated with anti-glare coating and offers extra wide-angle viewing for maximized picture and video support, with 8 gigabytes of internal storage and a maximum of 32GB via MicroSD card support. Content is navigated through three front-mounted touch buttons, providing "Home", "Back" and "Menu" prompts respectively. The Vox also features an in-line speaker port for direct playback of audio material ranging from music to audiobooks.
