The Cons:Expensive. IRex no longer supports it or releases firmware updates. Poor battery life.
The iRex iLiad is an advanced e-paper reader aimed at the corporate and personal markets. It can be used for reading and editing documents and e-books. A touch sensitive Wacom LCD panel is used for controlling the reader and displaying relevant content.
Dedicated buttons are also available on the body to facilitate easier reading, such as dedicated "page flipping" buttons. The iLiad is built on Linux and thanks to its open accessibility it's possible to browse the web using this device alongside a host of other custom applications that have been built by the community.
